She said Ghanaians can protect themselves by doing the right thing and fulfilling all the required steps in property acquisition in order to minimize the chances of losing their investment.
Kwame Obeng, also of the Collateral Management Unit at GHL Bank, shed light on the various arbitration methods Ghanaians can engage in outside of the courtroom, and steps that can be taken to put them in the position to receive favourable rulings on contested land and property cases.
Karen Evans Halm, Architect and Co-Founder of Spektra Global held an interactive session with participants where she showed how personal style and personality could be incorporated into a home even as tenants. She linked the benefits of individual style and personality in home construction and interior décor to its contribution to overall well-being.
